Did you know that the word "company" comes from the Latin word "com", which means "together" and "panis", which means "bread"?
The workshop we invite you to join will be just that: people from one company will knead bread together. This will not be a culinary lesson, but an experience in which participants will share and create, interacting with each other and going through the main stages of bread making.
Within 1.5 hours, along with an experienced facilitator, everyone will have time to turn to themselves - to draw in flour and call their strength during the year and to challenge themselves to share what they would like to build on in the coming. All this will be kneaded into bread figures/loaves, gradually adding the ingredients of bread.
During the workshop we will make traditional Bulgarian bread and the participants will be able to try and learn an easy and authentic recipe of bread made in the past, but remained the most useful and complete to this day. The main ingredients from which we will mix bread are flour, water, yeast, sugar and salt. Optionally, everyone can add seeds and spices – linseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, savory, thyme, etc. And most important , a pinch of love that makes bread delicious, and sharing it with people even more significant. We will also talk about Bulgarian traditions on the eve of the Christmas holidays.
After the workshop,, it will take a little time for the finished dough to go in and rest. Finally, everyone will be able to welcome their loved ones with hand-baked bread to share at the table.

You have probably wondered how the cocoa beans are turning into chocolate: the process is not that easy, but accompanied by unique flavors and tastes.
Making delicious and healthy chocolate is a challenge but not mission impossible: Experiment through the process and do it in personal handwriting. You choose the ingredients. You will learn how to taste and combine different chocolates – and we promise you - You will find combinations that you have not ever suspected.
Includes:
- Theoretical introduction to the production process: origin of cocoa, how to extract it, process...
- You will go through all stages of production in the factory: selecting cocoa beans, measuring, processing, tempering...

- 25 breads can be baked in the Bread House and delivered to the team or the participants can bake them in their homes and share them with colleagues , thus continuing the experience.
- It is possible of the bread to be baked right away, but it has to be made with yeast, wich takes a little more time to be ready.
- The event lasts about 2 hours, depending on the people involved.

Bread in the dark is a method of community reunion and personal transformation, in which facilitators with visual disturbances and sight engage bake a bread in a darkened environment.
Challenge yourself and prepare bread in 100% darkness.
In order not to be lost somewhere around the flour, salt and water, you will have partners - guides who knows the darkness better to navigate and help you.
- You will have the opportunity to "get in the shoes" of people with visual disturbances - to get to know them and communicate with them without seeing their faces in advance - only by touching and hearing their voices.
- During the march we will share thoughts and ideas on a topic that that we will be choosing together on the spot.
- During this teambuilding you will get a tactile idea of the individual items of bread - flour, salt, sugar, natural yeast and water. Each ingredient will be bound by a metaphor related to the topic of kneading.
- After mixing our dough, we will transform it into "bakery" figures on the subject we have been talking about, and in the final stage of our meeting each participant will have the opportunity to guess only by touch what baked shapes the others did, and then and to tell and "reveal" his bread figure.
