Strong and spicy flavors, a huge variety of colours and spices that tickles your lips – this cuisine combines the traditions of the local Indians and the Spanish settlers.

We will cook:
- Tostadas with Tinga do Polo, accompanied by fresh guacamole, sour cream sauce and baked cheese.
- Enchiladas with mole blanco and chicken.
- Chiles en Nogada - one of the cult Mexican classics - roasted green peppers stuffed with a mix of ground pork and beef, lots of nuts, dried and fresh fruit with a silky white milk sauce, goat cheese, cream cheese and walnuts.
- Mexican tres leches with sour cream and cinnamon mousse and mango cream.
