In this class led by Niki Nemigenchev, the pleasure of traveling to Cuba will be replaced by preparing and eating authentic street food that will carry you to the streets of Havana.
In this class we will cook:
- Croquettes with ham, homemade mayonnaise and chimichurri sauce
- Cuban sandwich with Moho pork and ham
- Empanada with ground beef
- Dessert ,,Turron de Coco“ - dessert with condensed sweetened milk, coconut milk, coconut shavings and chocolate
