If culinary trips fascinate you, cooking is your passion and you love the aromas of the Middle East, welcome to the Moroccan and Lebanese cuisine course.
Each of the dishes will be prepared and then tasted with a glass of good wine and options for the products and techniques of preparation will be discussed.
Each of the students receives a colorful guide with the recipes and photos of the dishes that are prepared.
