If culinary trips fascinate you, cooking is your passion and you love the aromas of the Middle East, welcome to the Moroccan and Lebanese cuisine course.
Each of the dishes will be prepared and then tasted with a glass of good wine and options for the products and techniques of preparation will be discussed.
Each of the students receives a colorful guide with the recipes and photos of the dishes that are prepared.

On the course together we will prepare:

• From Moroccan cuisine:
  
  Moroccan bread rghayef
  couscous with vegetables from Marrakech
  pastille with chicken and almonds
  Baked fish with Moroccan with chermula sauce
  beef tagine with prunes and apricots
• From Lebanese cuisine:
  
  Winter tabboule salad with pomegranate and mint
  Lebanese bread pita with saffron
  Grandma Ganoush
  chicken kibbe stuffed
  cake with walnuts, pistachios and lemon
