- Melandzani a la parmigiana, served with a gentle Parmesan sauce.
- Wovo raviolo stuffed with ricotta cream, ground pancetta, parmesan and leek onions, served with leek cream with parmesan and butter sauce with brown butter.
- Modern version of Tiramisu with homemade baked biscotti and juicy creamy with espresso.
- Quick focacha with rosemary and dried tomatoes.
The course lasts 4 hours – from 18:30 to 22:30.
