Today, he leads culinary courses for amateur cooks, works on projects related to tasting dinners in Bulgaria and abroad, and is a business owner developing the concept of street food, aiming to break the stereotype that street food is junk by proving it can be fine dining. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Accessible and Quality Food, which acts as a mediator between state institutions, businesses, and end consumers. The association is the only one that is part of SAFE Food Advocacy Europe, an organization with significant trust from the European Commission on matters related to food quality.
