We are Maria and Vincent, owners of Gaillot Chocolate Factory. Looking for Emotion called Chocolate we discovered new recipes with a lot of love and taste. During this chocolate tour you will discover how to create delicious and healthy chocolate in an old European tradition. We will be glad to share with you a workshop called “A journey to the world of the real Chocolate”.

The offer includes:

• Theoretical introduction to the production process
• Together we will go through various stages of craft chocolate production: selection of cocoa beans, peeling them and grinding in a traditional stone mill, molding, tempering and packing
• You will get involved at some stages of production
• You will taste the chocolate and make your own one

• This tour takes place in a group on Saturdays
