The world of pies is endless, but the basis is dough. On this course we will make 5 sweet and salty types of pie with several different basic recipes for butter dough, all incredibly tasty and beautiful.

A light lunch with a glass of good wine is provided at the course.

At the course together we will prepare:

Pistachio and raspberry pie
Chocolate pie with hazelnuts, rosemary and orange
Pie with sweet potatoes, parmesan and goat cheese in rind with poppy seeds
Pie with broccoli and gorgonzola
Rich vegetable pie in Mediterranean style
