Salad: Fresh Easter salad with honey mustard dressing
Appetizer : Truffle polenta with farm cheese and mushroom sauce
Main course : "Boer" farmer's kid, roasted on a slow fire with sarma liver
Bread: Sourdough bread spread with butter and flavored with savory ½
Dessert: Carrot cake with orange reduction and chocolate

The Boer breed is the only specialized beef breed in the world raised on our farm. Compared to beef, pork, lamb and chicken, baked meat is one of the most useful. Its calories per 100 grams are 122, fat 2.6 g, saturated fat 0.8 g, protein 23 g and iron 3.2 mg. The excellent dietary qualities of meat is a combination of protein content and low level of fat and cholesterol.

Changes, refusals and cancellations:
