Each one of them includes separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, work space and wireless internet. The location is suitable for short-term recreation, as well as for longer-term residence and remote work.

• Food: the place does not have its own restaurant. However, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a large yard, where you can enjoy food you have prepared yourself
• Pets are not allowed
• The voucher is valid for 1 year. The price of this offer is valid for 6 month from the date it was purchased. After this period, an additional payment may be requested.

Cancellation terms:

1. In case of cancellation and termination of the trip by Gift Come True, it refunds the amount paid for the trip.
2. The customer has no right to make cancellations and Gift Come True is not committed to refunding amounts already received for reservations or purchased vouchers.
3. Changes to confirmed reservations are possible, but not later than 30 calendar days before the date of arrival of tourists Any cancellation or change to a reservation must be requested in writing by the client. Exceptions are not allowed.
3.1 Change of departure date in the period from 14 to 3 days before check-in is charged an additional BGN 200 per person.
3.2 If changed within 2 days before departure, the amount is not refunded and the reservation is not transferred.
4. Free change of traveller/voucher recipient names is possible within 24 hours prior to check-in
5. In the case of a requested and confirmed reservation, tourists do not arrive on the specified day without notifying Gift come true in advance of a possible delay, RESERVATION CHANGES, DATE TRANSFER AND REFUND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
