New Year’s Resolutions you can really accomplish in 2020

New Year is like the older sister of Monday we always say we are going to start training on Monday or from the beginning of the New Year, and after every beginning of a new year we start shifting our resolutions for the next Monday, then the next, the next and so on…

So in 2020 we decided to leave the big and ambitious plans for ... well, whenever is their time, and to now focus on the small but important things in life that we seem to neglect.

Here are some New Year’s resolutions we suggest you start checking off your list:

1. To read more books

This resolution is probably on your list for maaany years – we can’t agree more that no matter how much you read it is never enough. However, today e-books and audio books are making it far easier, so it is our obligation to take this technological opportunity.

Start today with a few pages, and the book itself will make sure you read the rest.

2.   To try something extreme

There are experiences, the thrill of which we all tell ourselves that we must feel at least once in our lives. The problem is we find it complicated. The truth is we can do it almost as soon as we decide. In the previous decades these experiences were rare, with poor quality or cosmically expensive. In 2020, all these obstacles are gone and you just have to want it.

3. More DIY

While most things we can't do on our own, home decor is a subject to endless interpretations of our imagination. You can make decal lamps, interesting photo frames, mosaics, and more. Only equip yourself with a silicone gun, scissors and other handy materials for guaranteed entertainment. Wе promise that you will be satisfied with your creation.

4. Try exotic cuisine

We know that trying tacos in Mexico, paella in Spain and sushi in Japan sounds far more exciting than trying them here. But if we learn to enjoy what we have, we will be even happier and will not constantly work to go on a holiday. Also, there are places where exotic cuisine is quite authentic and will take you to the other end of the world.

Our suggestions:

Try Italian cuisine
Or Mediterranean food
Or  Japanese.

5. I will take the stairs!

At first glance, this is quite an annoying activity, but it is not difficult at all ... as long as you are not on the 13th floor! A study published in the journal Physiology & Behavior claims that climbing the stairs for 5 minutes gives us as muchenergy as half a cup of coffee. In addition, we are being more active, which is a bonus, especially for those of us for whom ‘’start training’’ has been a New Year's resolution for 10 years and countless Mondays.

6. Spend more time with my loved ones

It seems like time is never enough for interesting experiences with our loved ones. This year, we aim to make sure that weekends and evenings during the working week can be much better.

Our suggestions:

Romantic Getaway for two - gourmet food, local wines, nomadic horse riding and the splendor of Devetaki plateau

THE challenge: shooting for couples

Five course tasting menu for two by Master Chef Sevda Dimitrova

We wish you a bold beginning of 2020!
