You can redeem your voucher or check the availability of a service by simply filling out the form . Our concierge will get in touch with you within 3 business days to discuss the details and any additional requests you might have. You will need a valid voucher code to proceed. If you have a 16 character code - this is a gift card and it cannot be redeemed. Gift cards are a mean of purchasing experiences in our site.

- Browse through our offers, make your choice and add it to the Cart
- Continue to “Checkout” and enter the unique code displayed on your Gift Card in the field “Discount code”
- If the value of your chosen experience is higher than the value of your Gift Card, the system will automatically calculate this difference and you can pay the remaining balance
