How do I order?
1. Choose an experience.
2. Before proceeding with the checkout, you can add your own personal message in the box space with the following text:

3. Also choose the type of your voucher – online, sent in .pdf format via e-mail or by courier in a wonderful gift box / gift envelope.
4. In the field “Oder notes” in your cart, you can leave us valuable information regarding your order.
5. Place your order using a convenient payment method: card, bank transfer , cash on delivery, PayPal, EasyPay.

When will I receive the voucher?
1. All orders are executed on the same business day if they are made and paid until 16:00.
2. Only an Online Gift Card (a voucher of a certain value) is automatically sent by e-mail after a card payment.
Can I buy an Online Voucher with cash on delivery payment?
Unfortunately, you cannot. The online voucher is sent by e-mail and you can only pay for it with card or bank transfer.
Can I make changes to my order?

Which courier do you work with?
We work with the courier company Speedy, which delivers to anywhere in the country within 1-3 business days.
What is the shipping cost?
The price is fixed - BGN 5, whether it will be to your address or to the most convenient for you office of Speedy.
Can I receive my order on the next day?
All vouchers ordered and paid until 16:00 must be delivered to you on the next business day (except for some remote locations).
There may be a delay of several days before holidays.
Courier services do not work on national holidays and celebrations.
Can I return a voucher?
The voucher can be returned within 14 business days of purchase. Vouchers purchased for a fixed event/date cannot be returned.
Can I replace a voucher?
Yes of course!
If your voucher is not tied to a specific date, is not registered and is valid, you can replace it once for each of the offers on our site, and the replaced voucher should be registered for use and consumed within the validity of purchase of the original voucher.
Is there a name on the voucher?
The voucher does not have a name and can be shared.
Is there a price tag voucher?
No, we keep confidentiality so you can gift the voucher as a present.
What is the validity length of each voucher?
You must register and use the voucher within 1 year. After this period the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be extended.
I already have a voucher. How do I use it?
1. Each voucher has a code and is valid only after it’s registration. Visit https://giftcometrue.com/pages/booking to register it.
2. Our turn! Our concierge will contact you and make your reservation to make the voucher a fully memorable experience.
3. Reservation takes 1 to 3 business days.
4. Reservations for cooking courses are made at the time of purchase of the voucher.
