Set among the vineyards, Chateau Copsa is a romantic winery castle with a panoramic terrace, and spa area. Each of the rooms at Chateau & Maison Copsa has its own identity.

Vertical wine tasting – signature sauvignon*
1. Sauvignon Blanc Zeyla – Bouquet of aromas of freshly mowed grass and mountain herbs. A remarkable freshness is felt with an aftertaste of lime and green apple.
2. Arlecchino Sauvignon Blanc – wine with a pale lemon colour and a distinguished flavour of green grass, lemon peel and citrus
3. Sauvignon Blanc Single Vineyard – white wine with remarkable characteristics and flavours. Light-bodied with a balanced taste – we combine this wine with Ceviche with orange and avocado over a canapé of arugula and lime dressing.
4. Sauvignon Blanc Levski Vineyard – A specific clone of the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety was selected according to the soil and climate characteristics of the micro-region. Limited yields, harvesting in the early morning and precise temperature control during the vinification process are resulting in a wine that displays bravely its terroir and our winemaker’s skills.

1. Stradivarius Blanc – a white wine with intense aroma, made from a Red Karlovo Misket and Muscat blend.
2. Château Copsa Cuvée Blanc – a white wine made from the blend of three types of Red Karlovo Misket, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
Angelica Rosé – a rosé wine made from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety.
*This wine has been granted an award at the International Wine Challenge exposition and has earned a silver medal from Vinaria in 2018.
3. Stradivarius Rouge – a red wine as a result of blending the Shiraz (Syra), Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.
4. Château Copsa Cuvée Rouge – a red wine our winery prides itself with – it is a classical blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

White wine tasting of limited edition wines*
1. AXL Rose Valley Misket from the Rose Valley region – white wine from the Misket type, which shows the best characteristics of this one of a kind Bulgarian type of grape.
2. Chardonnay Single Vineyard – white wine, made from grapes from our own Chardonnay vineyards, which do not mature in an oak barrel and is fresh, light and delightful.
3. Sauvignon Blanc Single Vineyard – white wine with exceptional characteristics of freshness and fragrance. Such light-bodied wine with a balanced flavour.
4. Château Copsa Cuvée Blanc – white blend wine from the Chardonnay, Misket and Souvignon Blanc type

* The wine tasting is accompanied by a variety of traditional Bulgarian cheeses from a local cheese maker and carefully selected meat delicacies, all prepared by a special recipe of Château Copsa.

Chateau Copsa is very close to Sopot, where you can visit Ivan Vazov's house, the ethnographic complex with retro photo and café, Grandfather's Stoyanova Mill and the Girls' School, and the lift will take you to the Central Balkan National Park.
