During the workshop we will make traditional Bulgarian bread and the participants will be able to try and learn an easy and authentic recipe of bread made in the past, but remained the most useful and complete to this day. The main ingredients from which we will mix bread are flour, water, yeast, sugar and salt. Optionally, everyone can add seeds and spices – linseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, savory, thyme, etc. And most important , a pinch of love that makes bread delicious, and sharing it with people even more significant. We will also talk about Bulgarian traditions on the eve of the Christmas holidays.
After the workshop,, it will take a little time for the finished dough to go in and rest. Finally, everyone will be able to welcome their loved ones with hand-baked bread to share at the table.
