- Visit Hills - an authentic brewery near Plovdiv and become part of the production process - with clean mountain water from the Rhodope Mountains, high quality raw materials from Germany and the recipes of master brewer Wolfgang Trautner, with over 30 years of experience in brewing. And uncompromising compliance with the German "Beer Purity Act" of 1516!
The offer includes:
● Tour of the brewery, during which you will get acquainted with the production process and the intricacies in the preparation of Hills beer – from milling malt, through mayshing to filtration
● Getting acquainted with the characteristics of different types of beer:
Pils - classic German filmmaker, awarded a silver medal at the Brussels Beer Challenge at the end of 2022; Weinbeere – lager beer with fermentation of white grape juice, with a patent for the production of Hills in 2020; 9 o'malt – dark beer with 9 malts, with and extremely complex, rich, full-bodied and mild taste; Heart Beet – ipa with organic beet juice; as well as other seasonal and permanent beers.
● Tasting 5 or 7 types of Hills optional
