If you want to master the art of perfect beef or the most tender and delicious ribs, learn what happens in meat while cooking it, about the role of marinades, salt and which part is cooked in what way, welcome to the ABC Veal course.

We will make together the best versions of some of the most delicious culinary classics with beef from around the world.

At the course together we will prepare:

  • Oso buco
  • Glazed tender beef ribs
  • Stuffed roasted beef flake with chimichuri sauce
  • Veal scallopini with marsala and porcini mushrooms
  • Pepper stack
  • Bonfillet steak with marinated green pepper sauce
  • Beef tongue with garlic sauce in Spanish
  • Veal Lindström
