Sauces have always been considered one of the pinnacles of culinary art. A well-made sauce can completely change and spiritualize a not so pretentious dish. On this course we will make 7 different basic and modern sauces, which will be properly accompanied by the most suitable accompanying dishes.

At the course together we will prepare:
- Béarnaise sauce with asparagus skewers and prosciutto
- Hollandaise sauce with eggs benedict
- Cheddar sauce with stuffed baked potato in sea salt with vegetables
- Sweet and sour sauce with vegetable meatballs
- Stuffed mushrooms with béchamel, bacon and blue cheese
- Blueberry barbecue sauce with pork ribs
- Gravy sauce with roast pork tenderloin
