In the course “The ABC of Cooking: Pork” you will learn how to choose the highest quality meat, which cut is best suited for each dish, how to prepare the perfect tender pork steak, and what the nine most common mistakes in the cooking process are.
During the course you will prepare:
- Aromatic roasted pork shanks with beer, garnished with pomegranate and chestnuts
- Pork neck with potatoes and Provencal-style herb cream
- Marinated pork fillet with spicy Caribbean kiwi and mango salsa
- Baked crispy ribs with barbecue sauce
- Pulled pork shoulder with apricot chutney
- Bread with onions and bacon
