On the course together we will prepare:
- Einkorn salad, roasted peppers, olives and honey dressing
- Pate of mushrooms, thyme, marsala and purified butter
- Pan zucchini with basil, harissa and lime pickle
- Tapioca risotto with pecorino romano
- Roasted whole spicy cauliflower with herb tahini sauce and oriental flavors
- Mini pizzas with black garlic, tomatoes, herbs and olive oil
- Roasted stuffed dates with mascarpone and pecans
- salad with marinated cambi and pecorino
