Calligraphy or the art of beautiful writing is an ancient craft whose history is inextricably linked to writing and its appearance is different from the writing system and culture in which it developed. In this workshop Dana Tileva, designer, artist and Master of Calligraphy at the National Academy of Arts, introduces us to the main tools and techniques for writing a Latin font of her choice. You will have the opportunity to practice the drawing on pre-prepared templates and enjoy the spelling of each letter. We guarantee that within the workshop you will be able to write at least one word, your name, a sentence or whatever else you choose, in the font we will consider.
