On this course, you will learn in theory and practice the secrets of modern top chefs for making the perfect steaks and burgers. You will feel the incredible taste and texture of the perfect pieces of beef, cooked in different ways.
During the course you will prepare:
- Dry-aged ribeye roll steak with aromatic herb butter
- Black Angus Denver steak
- Black Angus butcher steak
- Original Fiorentina steak
- Flat iron steak
- New York strip steak
- Sauce with pickled green pepper
- Heston Blumenthal’s perfect burger
You will also make:
- The best fluffy burger buns
- Two types of easy and quick mayonnaise-based sauce
- Homemade whiskey barbecue sauce
- Roasted caramelized onions with balsamic
- Homemade melted cheese for burgers
Everyone will receive a black and white copy of the recipes during the course and a booklet in color electronic version after the course.
