If you love burgers and enjoy cooking, this culinary course is for you! You will dive into the world of the true gourmet burger – from the meat to the sauce and the fluffy bun.

During the course, you will prepare:

Heston Blumenthal’s perfect burger – technique, texture, and flavor at a world-class level
Burger with dark stout beer and bacon chips – deep flavor and juiciness you will remember

You will also make:

• The best fluffy burger buns
• Easy and quick mayonnaise – creamy and classic
• Homemade barbecue sauce – sweet and salty, smoky, and perfect for any meat
• Roasted caramelized onions with balsamic vinegar – a sweet and sour touch with a gourmet feel
• Homemade melted cheese for burgers – golden melted goodness that completes the burger
• Bacon chips glazed with maple syrup

The course is suitable for both beginners and cooking enthusiasts. For extra enjoyment, there will also be a glass of beer or fine wine. Each participant will receive a black-and-white copy of the recipes during the course and a colored electronic version after the course.
