During the course, you will make:

• Heston Blumenthal’s Perfect Burger – world-class technique, texture, and flavor

You’ll also learn how to make:

• The fluffiest homemade burger buns
• A quick and easy mayo sauce – both milky and classic
• Homemade BBQ sauce – sweet, smoky, tangy, and perfect with any meat
• Balsamic caramelized onions – a sweet-and-sour gourmet touch
• Homemade melted cheese for burgers – golden, gooey, and utterly essential

This hands-on class is perfect for both beginners and home cooks with some experience. A glass of beer or good wine will also be served to enhance the experience.

Each participant will receive a printed black-and-white recipe packet during the class and a full-color digital recipe booklet afterward.
