Join the newest culinary course led by Tsvetan Dimitrov – a researcher of forgotten Bulgarian cheeses, culinary expert, master of the famous green cheese of Bulgaria, and former mayor of the village of Cherni Vit.

Together, you will go through step-by-step techniques for making fresh cheese at home: selecting the milk, culturing, draining, and shaping. Let your kitchen become a home dairy for real, authentic cheeses.

In this course you will learn how to prepare:

  • steamed cheeses of the sulguni-type
  • steamed cheeses of the halloumi-type
  • you will taste the famous green cheese from the village of Cherni Vit
