Chocolate has always been one of the greatest temptations of all. And the chocolates – even more so. Each candy hides its own sweet delicious surprise. Who can resist a gentle velvety melting chocolate with a fragrant mouth-bursting inside?
On the course Chocolates we will talk about the theory and practice of tempering all kinds of chocolate, and at the end of the course everyone will bring home 10 candy of each kind.
A light lunch with a glass of fine wine is provided on the course.

  • Chocolate baskets with raspberry ganache
  • Chocolates with salted caramel
  • Peanut candy in the style of Chernomorets
  • Mint squares
