Fish and seafood are undoubtedly one of the most nutritious foods, but most home cooks are worried about the intricacies of cleaning and preparing them.

Here, on the course, you will learn the different ways of cleaning, boning and filleting fish. It will be discussed which type of fish in what way should be prepared to make it the most juicy and tasty, as well as the peculiarities of seafood.

At the course together we will prepare and try with a glass of good wine:

• Fagri in sea salt
• Sea bass with saffron and mussels
• Grilled marinated octopus with roasted peppers sauce
• Sea bream with curry lentils
• Steamed sea bass with courgettes and sundried tomatoes
  
• Shrimps with Himalaya salt and Asian sauce
• Marinated squid
• Salmon balls with roasted potatoes
• Pancakes with onion and shrimps
