If culinary journeys captivate you, cooking is your passion, and you love the flavors of the Middle East, join the Moroccan and Lebanese Cuisine course. Each dish will be prepared and then tasted with a glass of fine wine, and variations of ingredients and cooking techniques will be discussed. Each participant receives a colorful guide with the recipes and photos of the dishes prepared.
During the two-day course you will prepare:
From Moroccan cuisine:
- Moroccan bread rghayef
- Couscous with vegetables from Marrakech
- Pastilla with chicken and almonds
- Baked fish with Moroccan charmoula sauce
- Beef tagine with prunes and apricots
From Lebanese cuisine:
- Winter salad tabbouleh with pomegranate and mint
- Lebanese pita bread with saffron
- Baba ganoush
- Chicken kibbeh with filling
- Pistachio and lemon dessert
