Culinary course for soups from around the world

Soups are considered one of the oldest dishes, first served in public places in Paris in the 18th century. They originated as a quick and cheap way to satisfy hunger and their original source is determined to be the liquid version of oatmeal. Each culture has its own techniques for preparing soups - the use of different products, authentic spices, as well as specific ways of serving. On the course, together with Chef Petkov, you will prepare several interesting and very tasty recipes and learn techniques for preparing soups from different countries that will warm your soul and pamper your palate.
