Easter is just around the corner, and with it comes the preparation of the Easter bread. Together we will knead, twist, knit soft and fluffy Easter bread- with a vanilla aroma, perfectly baked and stringy. We will also prepare Easter bread buns. You will receive valuable tips for shaping and making them extra fluffy. What you will learn from the course: how to knead sweet dough what is the ratio of sugar and flour so that it rises, becomes stringy, but does not remain sticky what are the appropriate additives - Turkish delight, raisins, chocolate, different types of sweets how to get a golden crust The participants will acquire the knowledge to prepare all the pastries independently at home. They will receive valuable tips and guidelines for preparing the fillings and will be able to taste what they have prepared or delight their loved ones with the pastries at home. The course will be led by Daniela Dineva and will last 4 hours.

Chef Nikolay Nemigenchev - lawyer by education, chef by vocation. Every Saturday and Sunday he is a culinary host in the morning show on BTV. His passion for cooking has been with him since early childhood. To date, he is a host of culinary courses for amateur chefs, works on projects related to tasting evenings in Bulgaria and abroad, owns a business developing the idea of street food and trying to break the trend in the understanding that street is not junk, by proving that it can be fine dining. He is a member of the board of directors of the Association for Affordable and Quality Food, which acts as a mediator between state institutions, businesses and end consumers.
Daniela Dineva has been a culinary blogger and photographer for 15 years, author of a culinary book “With Love for Dessert” and co-author of “The Magnificent Recipes of the Vanilla Fairy” by Ribka Publishing House. She laid the foundations by participating in various pastry courses at the Pastry Academy and HRC Academy, Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. On social networks, she is well known as Hey Daniella with her FB page with 105 thousand followers and Instagram (62 thousand followers), who enjoy the daily shared recipes.
