The course is led by chef Yuri Velev and chef Vladimir Petkov, and their recipes are guaranteed to reveal to you the heart of Bulgarian cuisine.

Immerse yourself in cherished family recipes passed down from generation to generation. Prepare dishes from seasonal products, from the aromatic Bulgarian spices to the juicy meats, produced in-house. Master the art of making stuffed carp, capama, beans with mushrooms, pork shank, traditional salads and appetizers, as well as other interesting recipes suitable for the upcoming holidays.
