The famous banitsa from Dobrudzha is a big culinary pride for the shared ethnographic region between Bulgaria and Romania. After this culinary workshop, you’ll be able to prepare this masterpiece with dock plant. While learning the mastery of this banitsa, you’ll get to taste other traditional dishes such as the Dobrudzhanska soup and malai ( a breakfast type of bread from corn flour). The course will take place in the Etno-bg mill. Milena, the host, will not only amaze you with cooking skills, but will also demonstrate the high quality of the flour produced at the mill. These organic crops, processed through the stone mill are all-natural and are the closest thing that gets to “grandma’s flour”.
