Light, easy, tender and delightfully elegant and delicious. These are Tony Lambert's French desserts.

If you want to feel the spirit of Parisian pastry shops in autumn, come to this course to learn basic pastry techniques and prepare these modern classics.

Lecturer: Antoaneta Lambert

At the course together we will prepare:

  • Chocolate flan with hazelnuts and buckwheat
    A classic French baked dessert with a biscuit crust and cream, in a modern interpretation with buckwheat and hazelnut praline and sprinkled with roasted buckwheat
  • Clafoutis with pears and honey
    Gluten-free pancake batter on a base of pears sauteed in honey and rum and sprinkled with slivered almonds
  • Walnut Tart
    Quick pastry with a thin biscuit and a filling of fresh walnuts.
  • Poire Belle Helene
    Pear poached in oriental spices, drizzled with warm chocolate sauce, toasted slivered almonds, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • Cat tongues
    Scented with butter, crunchy and melt-in-the-mouth, with a taste of forgotten childhood
  • Hot chocolate
    And a drink that warms the body and the soul for the cool days with really good chocolate

When will I receive my voucher?
