At the course together we will prepare:
- Chocolate flan with hazelnuts and buckwheat
A classic French baked dessert with a biscuit crust and cream, in a modern interpretation with buckwheat and hazelnut praline and sprinkled with roasted buckwheat - Clafoutis with pears and honey
Gluten-free pancake batter on a base of pears sauteed in honey and rum and sprinkled with slivered almonds - Walnut Tart
Quick pastry with a thin biscuit and a filling of fresh walnuts. - Poire Belle Helene
Pear poached in oriental spices, drizzled with warm chocolate sauce, toasted slivered almonds, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream - Cat tongues
Scented with butter, crunchy and melt-in-the-mouth, with a taste of forgotten childhood - Hot chocolate
And a drink that warms the body and the soul for the cool days with really good chocolate
