Fish and seafood are undoubtedly one of the most nutritious foods, but most home cooks are worried about the intricacies of cleaning and preparing them.
Here, on the course, you will learn the different ways of cleaning, boning and filleting fish. It will be discussed which type of fish in what way should be prepared to make it the most juicy and tasty, as well as the peculiarities of seafood.
At the course together we will prepare and try with a glass of good wine:

- The famous French soup buyabes
- Salmon and shrimp terrine
- Steamed braided fish with lemon sauce
- Stuffed sea bream with finocchio and oranges
- Sea bass plaque with walnuts
- Stuffed mussels with rice and vegetables
- Trout with cream and almonds
- We will make the most delicious homemade warm-smoked mackerel with green tea
