Flotation and Massage in a Salt Cave for Holistic Relaxation

Two hours of complete relaxation for body and mind.
With flotation – a weightless experience in a high-tech capsule – combined with massage and rest in a salt room, you will feel the effect of absolute relaxation with attention to every part of the body. For a calm mind and purified senses.

The therapy includes:
∙ Flotation – 60 min. – weightless floating in a high-tech capsule for deep relaxation, meditation, sensory reset, and recharging of the body.
∙ Massage – 60 min. – classic massage with elements of Chinese techniques, in the pleasant atmosphere of a salt room – a place for rest and inhalation with purified salt, supporting the body’s recovery and calming the nervous system.

• Duration: 2, 30 Hours.

  Before flotation:

  • If you have dyed hair, it is recommended to have had at least three washes beforehand.

  • Avoid consuming caffeine or nicotine at least 3 hours prior.

  • It is best if at least 90 minutes have passed since your last meal.

  • If you have had hair removal on the same day, the salt may cause slight stinging at the beginning of the flotation.

  • If you wear contact lenses, prepare to remove them before entering the capsule.

  • Stay well hydrated during the day before your flotation, but avoid drinking large amounts of fluids right before the session, so you don’t have to interrupt your experience.

  • Ladies should not be on their menstrual cycle.

  The salt room stay is conducted in sessions with up to 3 people.
