At the course together we will prepare:

  • Cappellachi stuffed with ricotta, spinach and parmesan, served with butter and sage – a delicious combination of freshness and aromas that will take you directly to Italy.
  • Tagliatelle with gorgonzola and walnuts – a unique taste that will fascinate you with its balance between cheese and walnut nuances.
  • Strotsaprete with broccoli and anchovies – a sophisticated dish that combines the freshness of broccoli with the power of anchovies
