This culinary course is perfect for all lovers of the classic "burger and beer"! Over the course of two practical and fun sessions, you will learn how to brew beer at home and prepare the perfect burger while mastering the finer details of the process.

Instructors: Stoycho Pampov and Nikolay Nemigenchev

Day 1: You will learn how to brew beer at home, what ingredients are needed, where to buy them, and what home equipment you should have. You will brew your own beers and leave them to ferment with us for two weeks until the next session. During Day 1, in addition to learning the art of brewing, you will enjoy homemade appetizers, good music, freshly brewed beer, and great company.

Stoycho Pampov is one of the founders of the Bulgarian craft brewery Rhombus. Rhombus Brewery is a small family-owned brewery in Pazardzhik, rooted in home brewing since 2012. He started brewing beer at home out of love for the drink and the diverse world of flavors and aromas it offers.

Day 2: On the second day of the course, which takes place two weeks after the first session, you will prepare the perfect burger from scratch. You will learn the secrets of making brioche bread, marinating vegetables, preparing different types of sauces, mastering the cooking levels of beef, and making crispy chicken. Once the cooking is complete, you will get to taste your very own beer, which has been fermenting for two weeks at the optimal temperature, and enjoy the juiciest burgers you've ever tried—made entirely by you!

Chef Nikolay Nemigenchev is a lawyer by education but a chef by passion. Every Saturday and Sunday, he is the culinary host of BTV’s morning show. His love for cooking started in early childhood. Today, he teaches culinary courses for amateur chefs, works on projects related to tasting dinners in Bulgaria and abroad, and runs his own street food business, proving that street food can be fine dining.

Important: The experience takes place with a minimum group of 8 people.

This two-day course is structured so that the beer brewed on the first day has time to ferment, allowing participants to enjoy their own beer while making burgers on the second day! 

When will I receive my voucher?
