At the course you will prepare:
- Mango and cucumber salad with spicy dressing
- Chana dal – an aromatic dish of red chickpeas
- Curry shrimp from Kerala – tender shrimp in curry sauce with fresh tamarind and coconut milk
- Hyderabad biryani – festive dish with vegetables, aromatic basmati rice and saffron
- Naan bread
- Chickpea burfs – a delicious dessert of caramelized chickpea flour, ghi and condensed milk, garnished with pistachios
