The session begins with a personalized Pilates practice on a reformer or mat, focusing on toning, strengthening, and balance, adapted to the client’s specific goals. This is followed by a therapy of choice for optimal recovery:

• Red Light Therapy – for deep regeneration of the body and skin, stimulation of collagen and cellular energy (ATP), evening out skin tone, improving sleep, and overall rejuvenation. Also suitable for the scalp in cases of hair loss.

• Pressotherapy – for lymphatic drainage, detoxification, reducing swelling, and creating a feeling of lightness. It shapes the silhouette and helps combat cellulite, lipedema, and fluid retention.
