Lecturer: Chef Nikolay Popov – Luigi
Nikolay Popov is the head chef at an Italian restaurant in Sofia, part of the prestigious JRE association. After spending 23 years in Italy, he studied at the renowned Italian Chef Academy and refined his skills in various culinary environments, including Michelin-starred restaurants. In his work, he uses Italian techniques, skillfully combining them with Bulgarian products. In this way, everyone who experiences his dishes gets a taste of authentic Italian culture.
