Give yourself (or someone special) a culinary adventure and discover what happens when Italian gastronomy meets the modern burger. Chef Michele Bellotto invites you on a delicious journey where you'll prepare three exceptional gourmet burgers, inspired by classic Italian flavors and ingredients.

During the course, you will make:

  • Beef Gorgonzola Burger – juicy beef patty with crispy guanciale, wine and balsamic caramelized onions, fresh arugula with lemon dressing, gorgonzola, tomato and basil, homemade lime-parsley-garlic mayo.
  • Parmigiana Burger – a vegetarian delight with an eggplant, pecorino and mint patty, served with tomato and basil sauce, burrata and parmesan cream, vegan mayo with mint and dill.
  • Palaburger – bonito fillet, breaded and roasted with lemon and parsley, topped with sundried tomatoes and ricotta cream, homemade wild garlic and lemon mayo.

Lecturer: Chef Michele Bellotto. 

Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Location: Culinary School “Menu”, Sofia, 6-8 Maestro Mihail Milkov Street.
