We will prepare together and try a glass of fine wine:
- Kimchi – legendary spicy Korean pickle, with natural fermentation
- Cucumber and wakame salad
- Kimbap – seaweed and rice rolls with various additives and fillings, the Korean version of Japanese sushi
- Pajeon – Korean pancakes with kimchi
- Tteokbokki – rice sticks in spicy sauce
- Suje Eomuk – fish meatballs
- Marinated quail eggs
