Children’s Creative Sewing and Knitting Workshop

Give young creators an inspiring experience where their imagination and hands meet safe and easy techniques to make beautiful and practical handmade items. These workshops develop fine motor skills, concentration, and patience, while also bringing joy, confidence, and satisfaction from their own creativity.

Option 1: Sewing an Animal Keychain
In this workshop, young creators will make a cute animal-shaped keychain using safe and simple sewing techniques.

The experience includes:

• All necessary materials – fabric, threads, safety-tipped needles, stuffing, and a keyring
• Pre-made animal templates
• Demonstration of basic stitches and techniques
• Individual guidance and support during the creation process

Option 2: Finger Knitting a Scarf
In this workshop, children will create their own soft and colorful scarf using an easy and safe finger knitting technique.

The experience includes:

• All necessary materials – soft and suitable yarn for children
• Demonstration of the finger knitting technique
• Guidance for starting, shaping, and finishing the scarf
• Individual support according to the child’s age and skill level

Lecturer: Desislava Martinova
Desislava Martinova is a seamstress with over 30 years of experience. Her great passion is knitting and embroidery – crafts she practices with attention to detail, patience, and love for handmade work.
