Lecturer: Chef Nikolay Nemigenchev
Chef Nikolay Nemigenchev - a lawyer by education and a chef by passion. His love for cooking began in early childhood. Today, he leads cooking courses for amateur chefs, works on tasting events across Bulgaria and abroad, owns a business promoting street food with a fine dining approach, breaking the stereotype that street food is junk food. He is a board member of the Association for Accessible and Quality Food, which acts as a mediator between government institutions, businesses, and consumers. This association is the only one part of SAFE Food Advocacy Europe, a highly trusted European Commission body on food quality issues. Chef Nemigenchev believes in the farm-to-table concept and is committed to putting Bulgaria on the global culinary map. Every Saturday and Sunday, he hosts the morning show on BTV and a culinary segment on BTV Radio.

The course format includes ACTIVE cooking by each participant, rather than just a demonstration of dish preparation. The course recreates a real working environment with its dynamics and specific characteristics. The duration of the course may vary depending on the pace of the participants, which means it may last longer than announced. The course is recommended for people with an interest in cooking who are ready to carry out the tasks assigned by the Head Chef during the training.
An alcoholic beverage is served at the end of the course, once the dishes are completed and participants taste what they have prepared. This means that during the actual cooking process, alcoholic beverages are not served in order to ensure maximum concentration and a safe environment.
The voucher is valid for one participant.
