During the course, you will learn how to combine ingredients for perfect taste and balance, and how to prepare unique dressings that turn a salad into a masterpiece.
During the course, you will prepare:
- Salade Niçoise with tuna steak – a classic from the French Riviera – fresh vegetables, soft-boiled eggs, aromatic anchovies, crispy green beans, and juicy tuna steak combined with a light, fragrant dressing that will transport you to the Mediterranean coast
- Salad with roasted sweet potatoes, shallots, pomegranate, and quinoa – a colorful and healthy mix – sweet potatoes roasted to perfection, fresh shallots, juicy pomegranate seeds, and quinoa for texture, all brought together by a light but rich dressing
- Caesar salad with classic dressing, sesame chicken fillet, and jamón chips – the eternal classic with a modern twist – fresh greens, homemade Caesar dressing, and tender sesame-seasoned chicken fillet, topped with crispy jamón chips for extra pleasure
- Asparagus salad with raspberry dressing – elegant and light – the freshness of asparagus combined with a delicate raspberry dressing balancing sweetness and acidity for a refined culinary experience
- Green salad with broccoli, roasted walnuts, and goji berries with honey mustard dressing – freshness and health in one plate – crunchy broccoli, fragrant roasted walnuts, and slightly sweet goji berries enhanced by a honey dressing for the final touch
- Thai salad with glass noodles and shrimp – exotic in a plate – delicate glass noodles, fresh vegetables, and aromatic shrimp brought together with a traditional Thai dressing for an explosion of flavors, colors, and aromas
