Accommodation and cancellation policy:

• The hotel currently operates during the following months: December-March. The voucher and its price are valid for one year. 
• Accommodation during national and international holidays, as well as during special holiday packages (e.g. Valentine’s Day, etc.) may require additional payment
• Children up to 11.99 years are accommodated free of charge.
• Pet policy: the hotel accommodates pets up to 15kg for 20 euro/day
• Cancellation policy: Free cancellations or changes of dates are possible up to 14 days before reservation. In case of cancellation later than this date or no-show, the voucher is considered used and is non-refundable.
