Perhaps the most beloved cuisine in the world is Mediterranean. Welcome for a day to immerse ourselves in the aromas of the most delicious dishes from Italy, Morocco, Tunisia, Malta, Greece, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Spain.

At the course together we will prepare:

  • Aromatic Spicy Moroccan Shrimps – baked shrimp in a fragrant sauce with harissa, peppers and spices
  • Roasted Chicken Legs with Pomegranate Molasses – juicy and caramelized legs, seasoned with 7 Arabic spices and fresh pomegranate seeds
  • Turkish Cotton Cakes – tender and fluffy cakes filled with cheese, sprinkled with nigella and sesame
  • Vine leaf specialty with Lamb – traditional vine leaf specialties made with lamb and spices, finished with fresh lemon and mint
  • Quick Katmer with Pistachio and Cream – crispy sweet triangular patties, filled with cream and pistachio, served with a scoop of ice cream

    When will I receive my voucher?
