Mexican cuisine is exotic and diverse due to the vast territory, varied climate, unique flora and fauna, and traditions unusual for Europe. It is filled with remarkable aromas and flavors that carry the delicious imprint of ancient, mysterious, and mythical civilizations.

If you want to take a delicious journey through the lands of the Maya and the Aztecs, join this course where you will prepare and taste some of the most wonderful iconic dishes of Mexican cuisine.

During the course, you will prepare:

  • Veracruz fish
  • Chili shrimp with brown rice and red beans
  • Fajitas with marinated beef flank steak and three sauces
  • Elotes – Mexican-style roasted corn
  • Wheat tortilla
  • Original corn tortilla made from nixtamalized corn flour
  • Black bean sauce
  • Classic guacamole
  • Mexican pico de gallo sauce
