During the course you will prepare:
- Causa – mini cakes made from different varieties and colors of potatoes, filled with avocado and steamed chicken fillet or tuna
- Ceviche – raw marinated fish prepared according to a traditional recipe
- Pato Sampa – aromatic duck magret with sweet potato purée and quinoa garnish
- Picarones – Peruvian doughnuts made with sweet potatoes, served with a fragrant syrup
