Sound harmony: Vibroacoustic massage with tibetan singing bowls

Give (yourself)  an extraordinary sensory experience inspired by the ancient tradition of Tibetan singing bowls. Their gentle tones and resonant vibrations create a sense of calm, offering an opportunity to slow down and disconnect from the rhythm of everyday life.

During the session, the bowls are carefully placed on different areas of the body, with a focus on the back, lower back, pelvis, and legs. The sounds and vibrations blend into a holistic sensory experience that encourages relaxation, greater awareness of bodily sensations, and a deeper connection with yourself.

The experience includes:

• A 60-minute vibroacoustic massage with Tibetan singing bowls.
• Sound vibrations applied to the body, with a focus on the back, lower back, pelvis, and legs.
