This hands-on culinary course will take you on a delicious journey through the Mediterranean, with a special focus on the iconic and flavorful Greek cuisine. During the course, you will prepare:

  • Authentic Greek Moussaka – a traditional layered dish with eggplant, potatoes, minced meat, and creamy béchamel

  • Whole Fish in a Sea Salt Crust – juicy and aromatic, baked in a flavorful salt shell

  • Tiro – a spicy and creamy feta cheese dip

  • Tzatziki – the classic refreshing yogurt dip with cucumber and garlic
